2024 Membership
Just a reminder that your 2024 membership subscriptions are due from the 1st of January 2024.
Existing members
Members renewal up to 60 years old £17
Members renewal 60 years plus £14
Life members fill in a membership form stating their membership number
Anyone who believe they are due life membership please contact the club secretary
Renewal forms are now available in the club lobby, when filled in with remittance placed back in brown envelope provided and post through secretary office, please hang on to your security card.
The security system will be updated at the end of January 2024.
From the 1st of February your card will not work until you have paid your subs.
New Members

Darts
Dart Boards are available in the Front Lounge and Function Room for all to use.
Some darts are available behind the bar, but advisable to bring your own.
We have two Dart's team who play on Tuesday's & Thursday's

Due to the Management committee making the decision to allow a Drama group to hire the function room on a Monday's & Friday's on a long term basis.
All the matches left to play in the Skittles league have been abandoned.
As of the result of this two teams have withdrawn from the league making the Skittles League untannable.
The snooker room Contains two tables to League Standard with one table to County Match Standard

IMPORTANT CHANGES TO THE CLUB CAR PARK
Polsloe & Priory Conservative & Social Club is now using the Ringo app and it will cost you £1 per hour day and night unless you are using the club.
If you are using the club just enter your registration number at the bar and it will be free while you are using the club.
Food Hygiene Rating
What a proud day for the all the hard work that Lorraine Plumb has done as had the clubs food hygiene inspection today and been given a 5* rating well done
Food is available lunchtimes when Exeter city football club are playing at home from
11am - 2pm
EXETER CITY MATCH DAY PARKING
The club car park is available to all for match day car parking when Exeter city play their Saturday home matches.
All are welcome to visit the club & have a look around.

The 2023 -2024 pontoon
There is a payment sheet behind the bar during club opening hours
Pontoon members who do not make a reasonable effort to keep up to date with the pontoon payment's will run the risk of being removed from the pontoon members list

The profits from the pontoon have or will be invested back into the club .
Emergency Defibrillator
An emergency defibrillator has been installed inside the club lobby.
It is available for emergency use to the public During Club opening times.
